Onglau is a cyberneticist, medical tech, inventor, armorer and tinkerer. He is ancient and wise, and once, long ago, incurred a debt to a powerful man. He now swears an oath of fealty to this man, and now devotes his life to it. His master is the mercenary Lord Martepperhaupson, and he serves as his private body engineer.
